HAC’s 2015 Shelter Cape Cod Telethon

Wednesday, December 9 from 5-9 pm.

The holiday season is a magical time of year when it seems that most of our problems go away.

Only it’s not that way for the homeless.

Last year on Cape Cod, nearly 600 homeless men and women and more than 190 children were sheltered in HAC’s four shelters. While sheltering those in need is our primary goal, over the past year HAC has also provided critical support services to seniors and veterans on fixed incomes; low-income residents looking to purchase their first home; and the working class, juggling two and sometimes three jobs, just to remain in their homes.

The telethon purpose is to raise awareness of the issues facing our homeless population on Cape Cod while raising much-needed funds to help HAC solve these issues.

Please help us find a way to show the true meaning of the holiday season.
