Bulletin Board Submission Form

	The community bulletin board is for community services and events only. Please do not include prices for an event in the form, for we cannot air pricing information. ONLY COMPLETED FORMS will be accepted. We do not accept press releases or newsletters as a completed form, only this form. Please note that your message may not run for more than 6 months at one time. If there is no end date, our staff will use their better judgment for when to close out your message Please feel free to copy this form, but keep in mind that there is to be only one event per form. The messages are posted on a first-come, first-posted basis. Cape Cod Community Media Center will have final editorial say over the composition and content of any of the messages aired. PLEASE DO NOT EXCEED THIRTY (30) WORDS. We must receive this form two(2) weeks in advance of the date of your event!.
