MEET THE ARTIST….. Jen will be in our Gallery through March!
Jen Clark has always loved music and art. An award winning musician and photographer by the age of 16, Jen pursued her interest in photography to earn a BFA in Applied Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in May 1994. She moved to Cape Cod after graduation from RIT and founded her professional photography business that same year.
PhotoJenic Studio was founded in 2010 as a new branch of Jen’s existing studio brand. With the huge change in the photography industry, Jen decided to change everything about her business. The original company was closed in 2011 and PhotoJenic Studio introduced new services and products to the existing clients as well as the new.
Specializing in portraiture in all its forms, PhotoJenic Studio offers sessions for the discerning client that appreciates the value of truly professional photography. Jen’s mission for every session is to create a family heirloom that will be cherished for generations.
Part of Jen’s on-going project, “Sensual Flowers Series” is displayed here for the first time in public. OR

Learning Lab:

Learning Lab Series….. Linux – Media Creation with the Other OS!
Jay Sheehan will present March’s Learning Lab will discuss the alternative OS to Windows and Mac OS called Linux. We will discuss a few of the more popular distributions such as Ubuntu, Fedora, and Mint. Come learn how these operating systems can move you into productivity in a very cost effective way. Yes, you CAN do digital media with it!

Tech Tip…. Condensation – Another winter issue…With the snow still coming down and temperatures still below 30 degrees, it is important to remember to NEVER LEAVE EQUIPMENT in your vehicle overnight. Not only will plastic parts have a better chance of cracking, but condensation will develop and will destroy electronic parts as well as camera lenses, microphones and recorders. So, keep your gear in a safe place and make it last for years to come…or ready for that upgrade!
