Welcome, Isaac!

After months of evaluation and feedback from our members, we are eager to announce that we have a new member reservation system, Isaac! Isaac will be where you create reservations for equipment, studio, and edit stations. Scroll down for step-by-step instructions!

If you’re having trouble with Isaac, we can train you! Contact the Media Center staff to set up an appointment or phone call.

All of our existing members have been transferred into Isaac. To log in, please visit
or click on the Member Portal tab on our homepage.


If you don’t know your login information, type in your email address as the username and select “Forgot Password” to reset your password. Or, contact a staff member to retrieve your login information.


Once you log in, you’ll be directed to your member dashboard.
This is where you can view class schedules, make reservations, and manage your projects.

1) Select your project 

(Ask a staff member to create a project for you if you do not have one.)

2) Select your episode (optional)

3) Select desired date and time

  • Click the Calendar icon to select a start date.
  • Click the Clock icon to select a start time. Careful – it’s in military time!
  • Using the same process, select an end date and time.
  • Under “Reservation Type,” select “Reserve for Later.”


5) Choose your equipment

  • In the “Select Equipment” dropdown, scroll through to find your desired equipment or search by typing in the equipment name.
  • After choosing each item, click “Add Equipment to Order”
    • If someone else has reserved that item at the same time, a notification will tell you that the item is unavailable. In this case, choose a different item.


  • Once you’ve chosen all your equipment, scroll to the bottom and click “Reserve.” An email confirmation will be sent to you.
