Welcome, Isaac!

After months of evaluation and feedback from our members, we are eager to announce that we have a new member reservation system, Isaac! Isaac will be where you create reservations for equipment, studio, and edit stations. Scroll down for step-by-step instructions!

If you’re having trouble with Isaac, we can train you! Contact the Media Center staff to set up an appointment or phone call.

All of our existing members have been transferred into Isaac. To log in, please visit www.myisaac.com
or click on the Member Portal tab on the bottom left of our homepage.

 

LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS
Your username will be your e-mail address.
Select “I forgot my password.”
A new password will be e-mailed to you.

 

Once you log in, you’ll be directed to your member dashboard.
As you can see, this is where you can view class schedules, make reservations, and manage your projects.

MAKING A RESERVATION

The reservation dashboard is fast and user-friendly.
1.) Select your project
2.) Select your episode (optional)
3.) Select desired date and time
4.) Under reservation type select “Reserve for later.”

 

Adding equipment to your order is one easy process.  Select the equipment from the dropdown arrow on the left or simply type it into the search bar.
If the equipment or facility is available, you’ll see on the right that the equipment was successfully added to your reservation.
Once completed, scroll down and select “reserve” on the bottom left.  An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
