1. Are you a community member producer of the Cape Media Center in Dennis Port?
2. Do you have a program you have produced through, or with Cape Media Center?
3. Is your program non-commercial in nature?
4. Do you reside in one of our five towns of Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis, Harwich and Chatham?

PLEASE NOTE:
If you indicated that you do not reside in one of the five towns we support, you MUST make an in-person appointment to have your program approved for airing on our channel.

This content will not be accepted without a local sponsor.  Your local sponsor, if not a member, needs to come into our location to sign a production agreement stating they take responsibility and have your permission to air the program. We are not able to accept outside submissions from non-members unless they make an in-person appointment at our headquarters.
