Marty Bruemmel<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>

President<\/strong><\/p>

Marty has a strong and extensive business background. He spent 32 years as an entrepreneur as owner of Prestige Valet Parking based in Boston, Cape Cod and Providence, RI. In addition, he has worked for a variety of businesses on the Cape in and around tourism, hospitality, and radio. In addition to his business experience, Marty has volunteered his time to serve on community boards. He is a past board member of the Cape Cod Hospitality Marketing Association, Dennis Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Hyannis Chamber of Commerce. He previously served as the President of the Board of Directors for both Leadership Cape Cod, where he now serves as Treasurer and is now back as President of The Cape Cod Community Media Center. He also serves as a Director on the Board of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. Bob Cody brings over 25 years of leadership experience in corporate, academic and non-profit\u00a0<\/span>organizations. In positions of Vice-President of Worldwide Research, Development and Engineering, Dean of Academic and Student Affairs, Board member and Board Chair, Bob has lead organizations in innovation and growth specializing in developing new programs, products and services, while increasing revenue and organizational growth, leading change management transformations to take those organizations to new levels of performance. Throughout his career Bob has a demonstrated record of leadership, problem-solving, organizational development, maximizing individual contributions, and continuous operational improvement. He is currently the Executive Director of Leadership Cape Cod. He is also the Chief Executive Partner of Innoreate, a business consulting firm. Bob also brings a passion for community service. He has previously been a member of the Board of Directors of Groundwork Bridgeport in Bridgeport CT, the Stratford CT YMCA where he also lead a Father\u2013Daughter youth program, and was a member and Co-Chair of the Stratford School District\u2019s Board of Education. Under Bob\u2019s leadership, the school district Board received a statewide leadership award by the Connecticut Association of Boards of Education. Chris Cataldo<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>

\u00a0<\/strong>Vice President<\/strong><\/p>

Chris was born in Boston and raised on the South Shore of Massachusetts. Chris\u00a0<\/span>received his Bachelors of Science cum laude from Suffolk University. Upon entering the retail <\/span>banking sector prior to graduation Chris held the positions of Teller, Sales and Service\u00a0<\/span>Specialist, Personal Banker, and ultimately Relationship Manager with Bank of America. During\u00a0<\/span>his work as a banker Chris became an active political candidate in two races for Selectman of\u00a0<\/span>his hometown of Norwell culminating in a 2016 run for the United States House of\u00a0<\/span>Representatives for the Massachusetts Ninth Congressional District. <\/span>Returning to banking as a Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President, Chris continued his\u00a0<\/span>decade long career in financial services. Chris went on to manage the Duxbury branch of\u00a0<\/span>Santander and the downtown Boston branch of Randolph Savings Bank.\u00a0<\/span>Chris is now a Vice President, Branch Manager, and Small Business Specialist at the\u00a0<\/span>Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod managing the East Harwich branch since November of 2019.\u00a0<\/span>In addition to serving on the Cape Media Center board, Chris serves as a director of The Cape and Islands Workforce Development Board Inc and\u00a0 The <\/span>Cape Cod Leadership Institute.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Sarah Beal-Fletcher<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>

Sarah Beal-Fletcher is the Station Manager for the Town of Barnstable\u2019s Government Access Station\u00a0<\/span>Channel 18. She has worked for the Town of Barnstable for 17 years. Sarah grew up in Falmouth and\u00a0<\/span>graduated with an Associates Degree in 2002 from Cape Cod Community College, 2004 from Pine Manor\u00a0<\/span>College with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Communications and has recently completed her Master\u2019s in Public <\/span>Administration from Suffolk University. Dinah Lane<\/i><\/b><\/h4>\n

Dinah Lane, a resident of Harwich, has a long history of involvement in the arts and education. She performed professionally in Boston, New York, and summer repertory theatres in Vermont, New Hampshire, Cape Cod and the Berkshires, as well as producing and touring as an actress, director and teacher throughout the northeast, bringing classical and contemporary plays, musicals and theatre workshops to people of all ages through state Arts Council grants. In 1983 she founded and, for 30 years, artistically directed the Watertown Children\u2019s Theatre in Watertown, MA, which merged with the Mosesian Center
for the Arts in 2013, for which she subsequently served as a Board member for more than ten years. Previously she was Co-Chair of the Watertown Cultural Council, Chair of the MA Performing Arts Student Series program, and served on the Boards of the Watertown Education Foundation and the Council on Community Education. Her numerous honors include receiving a regional Conti TV Award for Excellence in Children and Teen programming and, most recently, the naming of the Dinah Lane Theatre at the Mosesian Center for the Arts in 2023. In addition to her work in arts and education, she holds a masters in psychology and
worked as an individual and family therapist for the Town of Burlington, MA for 18 years. Since moving full time to Cape Cod, she has worked as Artistic and Musical Director of the Latham Players in Brewster for 6 years and was the Clerk of the Harwich Cultural Council for the past five years. She is a board member of the Cape Cod Theatre Company\/Harwich Junior Theatre, Clerk of the Watershed Association of South Harwich, member of Playwrights at Sisson Road and the volunteer anchor for community news on the Harwich TV Channel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sheril Smith is a dedicated educator with over three decades of experience transforming lives through education. She currently serves as the Academic Director of the Cape Cod PASS High School Program, where she leads with vision, compassion, and a deep commitment to student success.\u00a0<\/span>A passionate advocate for equity and opportunity, Sheril also serves on the board of Latinx in Action and is a proud member of the YAchievers Steering Committee, supporting youth leadership and academic achievement. Maureen Condon is a songwriter, playwright, book author, and former newspaper reporter (The Patriot Ledger, Quincy, MA), magazine editor (Digital Dealer Magazine) and feature article contributor to more than 30 publications.\u00a0 She has four decades of experience as a public relations and marketing manager for a range of companies — from high tech and consumer Fortune 500 companies to local start-ups and multi-national companies — notably: WebEx; Polaroid; W.R.
