Members can now make their own reservations using the ISAAC portal.

- Note - special request is needed to reserve beyond 7 days.
-Some equipment is only available for 48 hours, unless prior approval is granted.
- Equipment is expected to be returned by the agreed-upon time during the reservation process.
- Late fees will be assessed accordingly based on the timeliness of the equipment being returned.

LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>

Click the Portal Login button above, or visit myisaac.com and click LOGIN at the top right.
Sign in with the username and password provided by a staff member. If you don’t know your username or password, contact jamie@capemedia.org.<\/p>

MAKING A RESERVATION<\/b><\/p>

1. Select your project<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

(Ask a staff member to create a project for you if you do not have one.)<\/span><\/p>

2.<\/strong> Select your episode<\/strong> (optional)<\/span><\/p>

3. Select desired date and time<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

(Click the Calendar icon to select a date. Click the Clock icon to select a time. Careful \u2013 it\u2019s in military time!<\/span><\/p>

Do this for your Start Date & Time AND your End Date & Time.<\/span><\/p>

4. Under reservation type select \u201cReserve for later.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

5. Add equipment<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

In the “Select Equipment” dropdown menu, search for your desired equipment. Click “Add Equipment to Order” after each piece of desired equipment. Each item will be listed below.<\/span><\/p>

If the equipment or facility is available, you\u2019ll see on the right that the equipment was successfully added to your reservation. If it is not available, a notification will appear.<\/span><\/p>

6. Select “Reserve” at the bottom of the page.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.<\/span><\/p>
